SELECTION OF WINNERS: On or about July 1, 2008, Sponsor will select one (1) potential Grand Prize winner in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. The odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received. Potential winner will be notified by telephone and/or overnight delivery on or about July 8, 2007. If potential winner does not respond within seven (7) days after the first attempt to contact him/her, or the prize notification is returned as undeliverable, potential winner will be deemed to have forfeited the prize, and Sponsor will select an alternate potential winner in his/her place at random from all eligible entries received. Alternate potential winner must satisfy all eligibility requirements. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
Except where prohibited, each potential winner will be required to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release (the “Affidavit/Release”) within seven (7) days of being notified. If the potential winner fails to sign and return the Affidavit/Release within the required time period, or is unavailable to accept the prize within the time period specified by Sponsor, that potential winner will be deemed to have forfeited the prize, and an alternate potential winner will be selected in his/her place in a random drawing from all eligible entries received within seven (7) days of the date days of the date the potential winner is determined to be ineligible. Approximate retail value (ARV): $10,500.
PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: Any and all applicable federal, state, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the individual prize winner. Winner will be issued a 1099 tax form for the appropriate retail value of prize. All expenses and incidental travel costs not expressly stated in the prize description above, including but not limited to, ground transportation, meals, incidentals, passenger tariffs or duties, surcharges, airport fees, service charges or facility charges, personal charges at lodging, security fees and/or other expenses are the responsibility solely of winner. Prize cannot be substituted, assigned, transferred, or redeemed for cash; however, Sponsor reserves the right to make equivalent prize substitutions at its sole discretion. SPONSOR IS NOT RESPONSIBLE IF FILMING OR AIRING OF TV EPISODE IN WHICH WINNER IS SCHEDULED TO PARTICIPATE IS SOLD OUT, POSTPONED, DELAYED OR CANCELLED FOR ANY REASON, AND NO REFUND OR COMPENSATION WILL BE PROVIDED, EXCEPT IN SPONSOR’S SOLE DISCRETION. Winner is responsible for following requirements and guidelines for extras, which will be explained fully prior to filming or forfeit the prize. You will be required to fill out paper work and sign a release giving permission for your image to be used on the show, if in fact the winner is featured on the set. If the winner is featured in a walk-on role, winner and guest must be at least 18 years of age. Winner should be prepared to spend up to 12 hours on-set. A representative will brief Winner on proper behavior on-set; Winner and his/her guest must listen to and follow all directives the representative gives or risk being ejected from the set.
GENERAL CONDITIONS: This Promotion is governed by the laws of the United States. If, for any reason, the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, void any suspect entries and/or (a) cancel or terminate the Promotion (or any portion thereof); (b) modify the Promotion or suspend the Promotion to address the impairment and then resume the Promotion in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules; or (c) award the prize at random from among the eligible, non-suspect entries received up to the time of the impairment.
