You staff was very professional. One person, though, stands out. Erica, who works the check in desk. I was totally impressed with her professional conduct and business behavior. Being new to the Phoenix I had questions about the resort and local area pertaining to shopping and restaurants. She took time to listen and made sure I understood all that was explained. Erica, through her demeanor, demonstrates her commitment to professional excellence.
